I have a question for geo graphy when they mean history of colonization an indicator if poverty do they mean all the countries that were colonized are indicators of poverty.

It means, does the fact that a country was once colonized give us an indication of whether or not it is poor?

Ok i have 2 questions:

Geography Assinment:

When someone says colonized, does it mean that when a country was alone on the map, but then joined another country?

Language Events Presentations:

From what time period can we pick an event, can it be before '10, or '09, or '08?

Because mine is about ''Dogfighting'', specifically about Michael Vick who was accused of dogfighting in 2007!
